Refund policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Items of satisfactory quality cannot be returned or refunded. We only accept returns for rejected goods or goods that are distinctly different from the description. We only offer refunds for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for items purchased during a sale.

If you receive rejected goods, please contact our support service by sending an email to Specify the goods, apply a photo of the defect or discrepancy, or provide the reason for the return.

Please note that we can only accept goods that are in a marketable condition, with consumer attributes, stamps, and packing boxes untouched and hanging on the wall.

Attention: Please do not return the parcel post to the address specified on the package; it is not the address for returns. Please contact our support service before returning any items. We cannot accept any returns without prior notification.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
